Purchase terms
These terms apply when you send a boost (or related add-on) through BarBooster or a venue mini-site. By completing a purchase you agree to them.

1. What you are buying
A boost is a voluntary digital payment / tip to venue staff (and optional extras such as a video add-on). It is not a deposit, not a retail goods purchase, and not a refundable booking fee. The venue decides what a boost means on-site.
2. No refunds
All boost purchases are final. Once payment is authorised, amounts are non-refundable, including if you change your mind, leave the venue, mistype an amount, or are unhappy with the experience. Optional add-ons (for example a requested video) are also non-refundable once paid.
3. No chargebacks for buyer’s remorse
By paying you confirm the charge is authorised and legitimate. You agree not to dispute or charge back a completed boost with your bank or card issuer for reasons such as regret, misunderstanding of the tip, or dissatisfaction with the venue. Fraudulent or unauthorised card use should be reported immediately. Unwarranted chargebacks may be contested with evidence of your acceptance of these terms, including your name, email, and IP address recorded at checkout.
4. Delivery & media
Staff / venue fulfilment (acknowledgement, drinks, media, and similar) is handled by the venue. If media was requested, a link may be emailed when ready. Timing depends on the venue and is not guaranteed.
5. Information we store
To process payment, prevent abuse, and handle disputes we store your name, email address, order details, and the IP address used at checkout, together with the time you accepted these terms. See our privacy policy for full details.
6. Platform role
BarBooster provides payment and software tools for venues. The venue is responsible for on-site service. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Platform fees and any displayed merchant surcharge may apply.
